Chris Carver, Vice President, Insurance聽Services, SpeedGauge
Chris Carver has, for nearly 30 years, pursued a passion for applying technology to transportation risk management. After four years of leading Liberty Mutual Insurance鈥檚 award-winning Commercial Lines telematics insurance program, he launched the SpeedGauge Clearinghouse as an open-platform for the broader insurance and road risk marketplace.聽
Harry Storck, Director, Risk Control, Protective Insurance
Harvey is the Director of Risk Controls at Protective Insurance, where he leads the Protective Insurance Loss Prevention team providing risk consulting & compliance services to insureds in commercial trucking.聽 Harry also acts as Protective鈥檚 conduit to the commercial vehicle safety ecosystem working with leading and emerging vendors. Prior to joining Protective, Harry lead AIG鈥檚 commercial auto risk consulting practice.聽 He received his BA from Loyola University鈥揗aryland in Business Administration.聽
Tim Chrulski, Chief Operating Officer, Garner 麻豆社区, Inc.
Tim is the current Chief Operations Officer for Garner 麻豆社区 in Findlay, Ohio.聽 He attended聽the University of Findlay for Advertising / Communications and graduated聽with a degree in Organizational Leadership from Owens Community College.聽
Tim has spent the last 24 years in the transportation industry.聽 He started his career with Garner 麻豆社区 in 1997 as a CDL driver.聽 Since that time,聽Tim聽has served as聽Garner鈥檚聽Driver Relations Manager & Recruiter, Sales Executive, Operations Director and in the Fall of 2020 was appointed as Garner鈥檚 Chief Operations Officer.聽聽
Tim was a member of the 麻豆社区 inaugural LEAD 麻豆社区 class.聽 He currently holds roles as a Board Member for the Toledo 麻豆社区 Association, Membership Committee Chairman for the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), Policy Committee Member for the 麻豆社区 (麻豆社区) Image & Communications Committee, 麻豆社区 Chairman鈥檚 Membership Committee, the 麻豆社区 Labor & Regulatory Policy Committee and 麻豆社区鈥檚 Vice Chairman of the Controlled Substances and Driver Health and Wellness Subcommittee.聽 Tim is also a member of聽the聽Ohio 麻豆社区 Associations鈥疭trategic Planning Committee鈥痑nd the聽Emerge OTA聽Selection Committee.鈥��
